Brooke I. Golding has been exclusively practicing Family Law for more than 25 years. Ms. Golding has represented both spouses and children during the divorce process. Ms. Golding previously served as an approved member of the Cook County Domestic Relations Division’s List of Court Certified Mediators and as an approved member of the Child Representative List for both the Circuit Court of Cook County Domestic Relations Division and the 19th Judicial Circuit of Lake County Family Division. Ms. Golding provides her clients with individualized attention and encourages her clients to explore creative solutions through negotiation or mediation as a means to achieve his or her objectives.

Ms. Golding prides herself on attempting to maximize her client’s time and resources by striving to resolve complicated issues through negotiation. Ms. Golding’s strong negotiation skills are a direct result of her experience in crafting and effectively communicating alternative options to individuals as an advocate, mediator or children’s representative.
